The 2-Year "No-Yellow" Guarantee

At GTA Crystal Clear, we stand behind the quality of our 5-stage Liquid Glass restoration process. Because we use a professional-grade, molecular-bonding ceramic UV sealant, we confidently offer a 2-Year Guarantee against the return of severe UV oxidation (yellowing).

What is Covered

If your restored headlights exhibit significant yellowing or UV-induced hazing within 24 months of the original service date, we will re-restore the exterior of the lenses at no additional cost to you.

What is NOT Covered

Our warranty strictly covers exterior UV degradation. The following issues are explicitly excluded from warranty coverage:

Internal Condensation: Moisture, water droplets, or fog building up inside the headlight housing due to a broken factory seal or missing bulb caps.
Internal Hazing/Burn: Discoloration on the inside of the lens caused by aftermarket high-wattage bulbs (e.g., cheap HID or LED kits burning the plastic).
Physical Damage: Rock chips, collision damage, deep scratches, or chemical damage caused by harsh automated car washes or improper cleaning solvents.
Pre-existing Micro-cracking: Deep structural crazing or micro-cracks that penetrate entirely through the polycarbonate lens (often found on vehicles older than 15 years).

How to Claim Warranty Service

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

Take 2-3 clear, well-lit photos of the affected headlights.
Email the photos to hello@gtacrystalclear.ca along with your name, phone number, and the approximate date of your original service.
Our technicians will review the photos to confirm the issue is exterior UV oxidation.
Once approved, we will schedule a mobile technician to re-restore the lenses free of charge.

Transferability

This warranty is tied to the vehicle's VIN and is fully transferable to a new owner if you sell the vehicle within the 2-year period. The new owner simply needs to provide the original service receipt or digital voucher ID.
