Terms of Service
Last Updated: June 6, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website (gtacrystalclear.ca) or booking a service with GTA Crystal Clear, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Service Description
GTA Crystal Clear provides mobile and shop-based automotive headlight restoration services. Our "5-Stage Liquid Glass" process involves wet sanding, compounding, polishing, and the application of a ceramic UV sealant to polycarbonate headlight lenses.
3. Booking and Cancellations
- Appointments: Mobile service appointments require a safe, legal, and accessible location to perform the work (e.g., a private driveway or permitted parking lot). We cannot perform services on busy public streets.
- Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee of $25.
- Weather: For mobile services, appointments may need to be rescheduled in the event of severe rain, snow, or temperatures below 5°C, as these conditions interfere with the curing process of the ceramic sealant.
4. Limitations of Liability
While our restoration process removes exterior oxidation, yellowing, and minor scratches, we cannot guarantee the removal of deep gouges, internal condensation, or internal hazing. If your headlight housing has a broken seal, moisture will continue to build up inside the lens, which our exterior service cannot fix.
GTA Crystal Clear shall not be liable for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle, including failing clear coat around the headlight area, brittle plastic tabs, or internal electrical issues.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice. The $99 "Crystal Clear Special" applies to standard passenger vehicles (sedans, SUVs, light trucks) for a pair of headlights. Oversized commercial vehicles or heavily modified aftermarket headlights may incur additional charges, which will be quoted prior to beginning work. Payment is due in full upon completion of the service.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
